Carrying Firearms in Florida S5E9

For decades, there have been laws on the books in Florida prohibiting the open carrying of firearms altogether, and prohibiting the concealed carrying of firearms without a permit. What does the state law say now? (Regardless of what state law says, remember, the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution always states "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
