Are federal law enforcement agencies constitutional? With over 70 active Federal Law Enforcement Agencies, this video series focuses on the 24 most widely known agencies and the Departments to which they each belong. The answer on Constitutionality is not the same for each agency. Some agencies are entirely unconstitutional. Some are exercising constitutionally-acceptable authority, but by the wrong government entity. Others are appropriately exercising constitutional authority by the appropriate entity. 

PART 1 of this video series explains the relevant constitutional provisions, then addresses the Constitutionality of the Department of Homeland Security and the US Coast Guard.
